Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, specifically in platform or infrastructure roles at high-growth SaaS or technology companies.
- Deep familiarity with catalog and product information systems, including SKU management, variant modeling, and pricing strategies.
- Experience with multi-tenant or marketplace catalog infrastructure.
- Strong API-first thinking and ability to design shared infrastructure with downstream consumers in mind.
- Solid intuition for complex data modeling and schema design.
- Proven track record of driving cross-functional alignment and managing competing priorities across multiple engineering and product teams.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous, high-stakes environments with a bias for ownership and independent execution.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the end-to-end roadmap for HighLevel’s PIM, covering items, variants, catalog items, price lists, and units of measure.
- Architect the migration from the existing catalog to a robust, extensible PIM supporting diverse commerce use cases.
- Design API contracts and data models that serve as shared infrastructure for commerce, service, and subscription-based teams.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering and design to ensure PIM capabilities meet platform-wide requirements.
- Develop strategy for multi-currency, rule-based, and channel-aware pricing infrastructure.
- Create intuitive merchant-facing workflows for managing product offerings.
- Establish platform standards, including documentation and versioning protocols for PIM services.
- Partner with peer PMs to sequence PIM investments for maximum platform-wide value.
