Requirements
- 4+ years of experience working in a SaaS-focused company.
- Experience with platform, infrastructure, API, or internal-tooling products.
- Solid understanding or working knowledge of APIs and integrations.
- Experience scoping integration work with engineers.
- Solid understanding of MCP and current AI trends.
- Experience working in agile environments alongside backend developers.
- Demonstrated understanding of modern product discovery and delivery techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive improvements.
- Ability to work as a self-directed, ownership-focused member of the team.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the technical lead to drive the strategy and roadmap for Platform.
- Manage initiatives including public APIs, developer experience, and observability.
- Oversee AI and agent interfaces such as MCP.
- Collaborate with SRE on performance, scale, and deliverability safety.
- Develop shared foundations including design systems and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct product discovery and data analysis to drive product improvements.
- Align stakeholders across engineering, design, and marketing to launch projects.
