Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of product management experience, currently operating at a PM or Senior PM level.
- 4 to 8 years of previous hands-on engineering experience as a software engineer or in a similar technical role.
- Demonstrable experience shipping AI-powered products to production environments.
- Strong technical judgment to evaluate AI techniques and their feasibility for specific product problems.
- Ability to build credibility with engineering teams to influence technical decision-making.
- Strategic thinking to translate long-term objectives into near-term product tradeoffs.
- Excellent argumentation skills to drive consensus with stakeholders.
- Experience in data warehousing or analytics infrastructure is preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated data environments is preferred.
- Proficiency with remote work collaboration tools such as Slack.
Responsibilities
- Own and sequence the AI and data product roadmap in collaboration with engineering leadership and founders.
- Ship AI-powered experiences to customer segments and drive active user adoption.
- Establish and maintain evaluation standards to ensure AI products remain trustworthy in a healthcare context.
- Lead a cross-functional pod to triage and prioritize high-value engineering tasks.
- Collaborate with data engineering to build and maintain the company's analytics foundation.
- Define success metrics for features, monitor post-launch performance, and iterate or sunset products as needed.
