Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Software Engineer.
- Proven track record of direct, impactful customer engagement.
- Strong foundational knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and modern integration patterns.
- Hands-on experience designing, troubleshooting, and implementing complex enterprise integrations.
- Exceptional presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to engage and influence both engineering teams and C-level executive audiences.
- Demonstrated methodology for navigating technical ambiguity and solving complex problems.
Responsibilities
- Lead deep technical discovery sessions to qualify complex customer use cases.
- Create and deliver bespoke product demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Own and execute proofs of concept (POCs) and pilot programs to define success criteria.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to share market insights and influence the product roadmap.
- Complete RFP and Security Questionnaires to high standards and agreed deadlines.
