Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a generalist operations, business operations, strategy and operations, or program management role.
- Experience working in a fast-scaling or early-stage company environment.
- Proven ability to own ambiguous projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to automate workflows and improve team efficiency.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to build metrics frameworks and dashboards to drive decision-making.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across Engineering, Finance, and Sales teams.
- Experience managing offer letters, contractor agreements, and NDAs.
- Comfortable using HRIS systems (Rippling experience preferred).
- Experience with SOC 2 or security questionnaire workflows is a plus.
- Experience in people operations or e-commerce/SaaS industries is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a flexible operator across company operational priorities, owning workstreams from scope to execution and reporting.
- Automate repetitive operational tasks using AI tools, scripts, or no-code platforms to improve team efficiency.
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including drafting agreements, tracking documentation, and overseeing onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Coordinate HR functions including payroll, benefits administration, and applicant tracking in collaboration with internal resources.
- Maintain the business operating cadence, track action items, and support company meetings and offsites.
- Build and maintain operational dashboards and metrics in Notion to provide real-time visibility for leadership.
- Drive compliance initiatives including SOC 2 certification, vendor security reviews, and data processing agreements.
