Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in SaaS Professional Services with a track record of navigating business pivots or technology shifts.
- 2+ years leading high-performing teams as a formal people leader or project manager.
- Experience designing, selling, and delivering solutions in a SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their impact on customer needs.
- Proven track record of building influential relationships with GTM partners (Sales and Customer Success).
- Excellent client management skills in pre- and post-sales environments.
- Proficiency in change management, business process optimization, and AI strategies.
- Ability to travel periodically (up to 40%).
- High emotional intelligence and change leadership capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and at least 7 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Architect the Advisory Team by hiring and developing consultants with strategic, stakeholder, and AI competencies.
- Coach team members on experimentation, resilience, and evolving delivery approaches focused on customer value.
- Drive Go-To-Market excellence by partnering with Sales to train on services and support account expansion.
- Engage with customers to understand needs, suggest offerings, and manage escalations while maintaining a billable target.
- Assume accountability for team fiscal health, performance targets (KPIs), and PSA tool data accuracy.
- Operationalize the transition to an AI-Native Professional Services model.
- Translate company objectives and industry trends into actionable team priorities.
- Partner with the Resource Management Office to balance workloads and project opportunities.
