Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product partnerships, business development, or partner management.
- 3+ years of experience working across AI code-gen, app-building, or developer tool ecosystems.
- Proven track record of launching strategic ISV integrations and joint GTM motions.
- Deep understanding of developer tool and database ecosystems, including Postgres, marketplaces, and CI/CD.
- Ability to develop joint value propositions for technical and business decision-makers.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills to influence Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
- Experience navigating co-opetition dynamics and sensitive partner relationships.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with grit and humility.
Responsibilities
- Build and own partnership strategies for a portfolio of leading AI coding agents and app builders.
- Manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle from opportunity identification to scale.
- Drive product integrations, joint solutions, and GTM plays connecting partner ecosystems to Databricks.
- Enable partner and internal field teams to effectively deliver joint offerings.
- Influence product roadmaps and strategy by serving as the internal voice for top partners.
