- 6+ years of experience leading and scaling a partnership team.
- Experience building a partnership program from growth stage into a structured, tiered operation.
- Track record of owning a revenue number tied to partner-sourced pipeline.
- Experience building attribution models and managing commercial terms like referral agreements and revenue share.
- Demonstrated experience running partnerships built on services and relationships rather than software sales.
- Executive presence and ability to operate as a peer to partner-level counterparts at law and tax firms.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills to orchestrate across non-direct reports.
- Experience running content-led, events-driven, or thought leadership-driven partner engagement programs.
- Enthusiasm for using AI to accelerate and enhance partnership programs.
- Deep understanding of enterprise relationship management, BD dynamics, compliance, and billing sensitivities.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the partnerships program as a partner-sourced referral and lead-generation engine focused on legal and tax/accounting advisors.
- Build tiered partner frameworks with clear activation criteria, enablement programs, and performance metrics.
- Operationalize partner management in HubSpot to track referrals, attribution, and ROI.
- Personally build and deepen relationships with institutional partners at Big 4 and AmLaw firms.
- Develop partner enablement materials, co-branded campaigns, and joint GTM motions.
- Establish commercial terms including referral agreements, revenue share, and co-marketing commitments.
- Direct market intelligence briefing series and event programs including conferences and regional roadshows.
- Lead and mentor a team of two direct reports with plans to scale.
- Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across research, content, events, legal, policy, and operations.
