Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of educational sales experience or a background in school leadership.
  • Proven track record of achieving quotas, particularly in new business development.
  • Deep understanding of the K-12 market, specifically in FL and GA.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated success in multi-channeled prospecting approaches.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including some overnight travel.
  • High degree of motivation and passion for the work.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with school district leaders, including superintendents and special education directors.
  • Develop new district partnerships and expand existing relationships through a consultative approach.
  • Lead complex, long-cycle sales processes, including prospecting, executive-level presentations, and negotiations.
  • Own quarterly and annual revenue goals through new business development and account renewals.
  • Strategically manage large, multi-stakeholder accounts by identifying growth opportunities and cultivating internal champions.
  • Partner with internal clinical, operations, and executive teams to support district outcomes.
  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline using Salesforce, including revenue forecasts and stakeholder tracking.
