Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, infrastructure, platform engineering, or distributed systems.
- Significant experience leading globally distributed engineering teams.
- Deep technical understanding of cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, networking, containers, and Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code and automated deployment systems.
- Experience deploying software across multiple cloud environments, including air-gapped, disconnected, or highly secure environments.
- End-to-end ownership of software deployment lifecycles, including release management and upgrade paths.
- Expertise in software packaging patterns such as container images, Helm charts, and operator patterns.
- Ability to operate credibly with senior engineers, security teams, and technical executives.
- Proven track record of turning bespoke customer implementations into scalable, repeatable engineering systems.
- Experience operating in high-growth startup environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead the engineering organization responsible for deploying TwelveLabs technology into customer and partner environments.
- Own engineering strategy and execution for deployments across hyperscalers, private cloud, and on-premise infrastructure.
- Partner with internal teams to translate customer requirements into scalable, repeatable deployment and integration capabilities.
- Establish technical standards, tooling, and playbooks for predictable customer deployments.
- Build automated deployment and integration patterns across enterprise applications, data platforms, and AI/ML infrastructure.
- Develop internal platforms for provisioning, upgrading, and operating customer environments efficiently.
- Lead, recruit, and develop a world-class Deployment & Integrations Engineering team.
