- Demonstrated experience creating, editing, and producing videos for social media.
- Experience managing paid social media campaigns.
- Strong storytelling skills capable of simplifying complex accountability and corruption narratives.
- Expertise in message testing, A/B testing, and translating data into content strategy.
- Excellent design and copywriting skills.
- High level of organization and experience leading multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong attention to detail with proficiency in proofreading and fact-checking.
- Ability to work closely with leadership to translate their voice into compelling content.
- Current understanding of the social media landscape, including AI trends and tool adoption.
Responsibilities
- Pitch, create, edit, produce, and post all organic social media content.
- Develop social media strategies to shape public narratives, reach target audiences, and fuel persuasion, engagement, and activation.
- Manage all social media calendars and content across channels to achieve organizational engagement and growth goals.
- Lead and manage paid social advertising efforts.
- Collect and analyze social media metrics to inform future strategies.
- Manage 1-2 interns as needed.
- Coordinate campaign logistics, including brainstorm meetings and quality assurance checks.
- Shoot and produce content on-location at interviews and events.
