Requirements
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within an agency, outsourcing, or high-volume recruitment environment.
- Strong candidate sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or LinkedIn sourcing/outreach.
- Strong understanding of Boolean search techniques and proactive candidate identification.
- Experience working with an ATS, recruitment CRM, or candidate database.
- Excellent phone and video interviewing skills.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Experience using AI-powered platforms for sourcing, outreach, and candidate research.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple vacancies, from job briefing and sourcing through to candidate placement.
- Work closely with Australian clients to understand their role requirements, priorities, expectations, and candidate preferences.
- Conduct candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, and outbound campaigns.
- Conduct phone/video screening and qualification interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Manage candidate negotiations around salary, notice periods, and working arrangements.
- Maintain accurate candidate and vacancy records in the ATS and recruitment trackers.
