Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Fire Protection Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in a related discipline.
- At least 13 years of mechanical or fire protection engineering experience, with progression into senior leadership.
- Expertise in strategic planning, operational management, and policy development.
- Proven ability to manage complex programs, budgets, and resources.
- Strong client engagement and business development skills, including managing escalations.
- Proficiency in data analysis and experience with CRM/ERP systems.
- Ability to identify and implement AI and automation tools to streamline workflows.
- Strong leadership capabilities in change management and continuous improvement.
- Ability to travel up to 25% within the United States.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior and executive leadership to develop and execute strategic plans, prioritize growth initiatives, and lead change-management efforts.
- Oversee operational functions, including staffing, budgets, resource allocation, and departmental execution.
- Direct program and project management activities to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and budget constraints.
- Build and maintain senior-level client relationships, manage escalations, and solicit feedback to ensure successful program delivery.
- Align services with client objectives and identify new business opportunities using CRM/ERP tools.
- Evaluate financial performance, forecast revenues and costs, and establish KPIs to monitor operational efficiency.
- Lead the adoption of technology, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to automate workflows and enhance project controls.
- Develop, coach, and retain a diverse team while fostering a culture of innovation.
