Requirements
- 7-9+ years of agency account management, client services, or campaign leadership experience.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, including creator strategy, campaign execution, and measurement.
- Demonstrated responsibility for client retention, revenue growth, and multiple concurrent client relationships.
- Strong organizational and operational discipline for managing pipelines, forecasts, and account plans.
- Ability to build relationships with customer stakeholders across marketing and digital teams.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally across internal teams like Sales, Product, and Finance.
- Experience leveraging AI, automation, or operational tooling to scale workflows.
- Ability to balance competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute growth plans across assigned accounts to drive repeat campaign business and services expansion.
- Manage day-to-day commercial activities including renewal timelines, opportunity tracking, and pipeline hygiene.
- Identify and develop expansion opportunities within existing client portfolios.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and proactively address account risks.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Services, Product, and Finance to ensure campaign success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Lead strategic business reviews and develop mutual success plans.
