Requirements
- BS/BA degree (science or healthcare preferred); advanced degree in business, public health, or healthcare-related field a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in health system partnerships, account management, or related healthcare roles.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex health systems partnerships with measurable outcomes.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally to implement product or service solutions within health systems.
- Strong analytical skills, including forecasting and performance reporting.
- Ability to develop and deliver clear, data-driven presentations to a range of stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of compliance frameworks governing healthcare marketing and partnership activities.
- Understanding of healthcare reimbursement dynamics, delivery models, and institutional decision-making.
- Ability to travel a minimum of 30% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day partnership activities for assigned healthcare systems, including academic centers and population health organizations.
- Establish and cultivate executive-level stakeholder relationships (CEO, CMO, CIO, CTO, Cancer Center Directors) to drive system launches and new initiatives.
- Own negotiation and execution of contracts in collaboration with senior leadership and legal partners.
- Develop and execute integrated account plans in collaboration with cross-functional clinical, operational, and administrative teams.
- Lead executive business reviews, governance meetings, and performance analyses for internal and external leadership.
- Collaborate with payer, employer, and field teams to identify access expansion opportunities and drive product pull-through.
- Monitor healthcare system trends including reimbursement changes and EMR integration to inform account strategy.
