Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification is required.
- 2–5 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial operations.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and multi-entity, multi-currency accounting.
- Demonstrated practical, daily use of AI tools (e.g., Claude) to improve workflows.
- Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis, reporting, and budget review.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Experience with SaaS subscription and revenue models is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Ramp, Stripe, Deel, and US banking transactions is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end payment processing for US contractors, employees, and vendors.
- Manage financial operations in Deel and Ramp, including expense allocation and corporate card oversight.
- Perform monthly revenue reconciliation and monitoring for Stripe and billing workflows.
- Execute month-end close processes, including journal entries, revaluation, and VAT reporting in NetSuite.
- Develop and maintain AI-driven automations and scripts to optimize finance operations.
- Collaborate daily with the CEO and Israel-based finance team to ensure operational alignment.
