Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in operations, business operations, service delivery, or an execution-focused role.
- Direct experience in life insurance, policy administration, underwriting, or carrier/distribution operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Working proficiency in SQL for independent data analysis.
- Hands-on configuration or administration experience with operational platforms (CRM, contact center, telephony, ticketing, or workforce management tools).
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or native reporting platforms like Salesforce or RingCentral.
- Experience applying AI/LLM tools to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and manage vendor relationships.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on clear documentation and tracking parallel workstreams.
- Strong communication skills for presenting analysis and facilitating working sessions.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards, performance reviews, and trending analyses for leadership decision-making.
- Perform diagnostic analysis to identify root causes in efficiency, capacity, and quality outcomes.
- Administer operational and telephony systems, including routing, queue design, and IVR flows.
- Scope, configure, test, and deploy system changes while validating impact.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to define requirements and unblock dependencies.
- Own end-to-end improvement initiatives from problem definition to rollout.
- Drive accountability across partner teams by tracking commitments to closure.
- Identify and implement AI and automation tools to reduce manual effort.
