- 2+ years of experience with React.
- Strong experience building and shipping production web applications.
- Demonstrated focus on code quality and system maintainability.
- Experience collaborating with non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical plans and manage expectations.
- Ability to decompose complex requests into milestones and deliver incrementally.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a remote, async-friendly environment.
Responsibilities
- Ship high-leverage product improvements that unblock strategic deals and expand Fleetio's platform capabilities for key accounts.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to understand constraints, timelines, and customer workflows.
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and implementation plans.
- Build solutions meeting product and engineering standards, including testing, observability, and maintainability.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to make pragmatic scope decisions and deliver iteratively.
- Communicate proactively regarding project tradeoffs, risks, and timelines.
