Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role (Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Consultant).
- Experience working with identity and fraud solutions in the Fintech or Banking space.
- Proven ability to convey intricate technical requirements to tech-savvy and business-minded audiences.
- Experience working with APIs and using tools like cURL or Postman.
- Ability to read and understand object-oriented code.
- Experience working with large datasets in a POC environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with AWS (single/multi-tenant, SSO, resiliency, encryption) is a plus.
- Strong listening skills with the ability to ask targeted follow-up questions.
- Comfort working in ambiguous environments while maintaining integrity.
Responsibilities
- Partner with account executives to clear technical hurdles during pre-sales cycles.
- Design, manage, and execute proof-of-concept exercises for prospective clients.
- Build and present custom product demonstrations for both technical and business-minded audiences.
- Facilitate architecture and security reviews to support the sales process.
- Scope technical solutions for handover to the implementation and professional services teams.
- Bridge communication between sales, product, engineering, and professional services.
