Requirements
- 5+ years of customer-facing experience in Sales, Presales, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Consulting.
- Experience in enterprise data architecture, data analytics, data science, or cloud data architecture.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- Proficiency in at least one of: Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, or C#.
- Experience implementing data solutions in public cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP) or on-premise environments.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong prioritization and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of graph databases (Neo4j, TigerGraph, etc) is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with GenAI, LLMs, and Agentic AI is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Articulate the business and technical value of Neo4j as a key technical advisor.
- Drive and run the technology evaluation stage of sales cycles.
- Manage opportunity qualification, technical discovery, and platform demonstrations.
- Co-create reference and solution architectures with customers for cloud and on-premise environments.
- Document technical decision criteria and sizing requirements.
- Distill and communicate customer needs and feedback to Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
- Participate in account-based marketing events and industry conferences.
- Travel as needed to support deal creation and closure.
