Requirements
- Technical fluency in navigating APIs, interpreting console logs, and validating widget/embed code implementations.
- Basic understanding of generative AI and LLMs, specifically regarding prompting, context, and configuration.
- Strong partner-facing communication skills for independent emails and calls.
- Highly organized with a commitment to maintaining technical service level agreements (SLAs).
- Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple partner issues simultaneously.
- Strong preference for candidates based in East Coast or Central US time zones.
- Experience in Solutions Engineering, Implementation Engineering, or Technical Account Management (preferred).
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or WordPress VIP (preferred).
- Experience with content ingestion pipelines or structured data systems (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical onboarding, including content ingestion, widget configuration, and AI answer optimization.
- Present product capabilities and configuration options to partners during the onboarding process.
- Perform internal and partner-facing QA to validate widget implementations and embed code prior to go-live.
- Act as first responder for partner technical issues, performing bug reproduction and diagnosis before escalating to Engineering.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to optimize AI answer quality and suggest platform improvements based on partner feedback.
- Create and maintain documentation for partner configurations, implementation guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
