Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in HR operations, talent operations, workforce planning, or program operations.
- Demonstrated experience in K-12 education or education-focused nonprofit organizations (preferred).
- Proven ability to manage large operational cycles with high accuracy.
- Strong experience building operational dashboards, reports, and tracking systems.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, including workflow, stage, and template configuration.
- Experience using AI and technology tools to improve operational workflows.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting data to leadership.
- Ability to travel moderately, including for national retreats and programming.
- Must be able to start on September 16 or October 1.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day mechanics of the recruiting flow, including interview scheduling and documentation.
- Maintain pristine data and processes within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure pre-hire compliance and coordinate contractor logistics.
- Track hiring KPIs and provide data-driven insights to leadership to inform strategic staffing.
- Identify hiring bottlenecks and implement solutions to reduce time-to-hire across concurrent searches.
- Leverage AI and emerging technologies to automate manual workflows and improve recruitment efficiency.
