Requirements
- BA/BS degree.
- 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- 5+ years of experience in specialty pharmacy or distribution.
- Experience supporting Specialty Distributor relationships, including facilitating new account set-up and supporting Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Strong analytical and project management capabilities.
- Demonstrated leadership in fostering continuous improvement.
- Proven track record of strategic thinking and driving execution.
- Broad understanding of regulatory and quality requirements for pharmaceutical products.
- Ability to travel by air and car for meetings and industry events.
Responsibilities
- Ensure success of daily end-to-end distribution of RevMed products with contracted 3PL, Specialty Distributors and Specialty Pharmacies.
- Oversee assigned contracted distribution partners ensuring all key performance indicators are met and adhere to all contractual and Legal/Regulatory requirements.
- Proactively identify distribution challenges that impact customer access in collaboration with field-based colleagues and drive to resolution.
- Monitor and validate accuracy of internally reported data and distributions analytics.
- Monitor partner performance to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance stakeholders to ensure compliant development and execution of US Channel & Distribution initiatives.
- Support negotiation and management of distribution and specialty pharmacy agreements.
- Coordinate, as needed, the development and execution of partnership opportunities with key physician networks / GPO’s / PBM’s.
