Requirements
- 10–15+ years of healthcare operations leadership experience as a Practice Manager, Clinical Operations Director, Chief of Staff, or similar.
- Demonstrated experience leading operations within a telehealth or remote healthcare organization.
- Proven track record managing multidisciplinary teams in a high-growth environment.
- Deep understanding of healthcare operations, HIPAA, physician credentialing, licensing, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience building operational processes, SOPs, dashboards, and reporting systems.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with EMRs, CRMs, Monday.com, Google Workspace, and operational software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Master's degree preferred (MHA, MPH, MBA, or similar).
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operation of the clinical practice and ensure processes support a high-quality patient experience.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) team through regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
- Manage patient operations including onboarding, renewals, offboarding, and cross-departmental coordination.
- Own operational workflows in systems like Monday.com, EMR, Spruce, and Google Workspace.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to standardize processes and reduce risk.
- Monitor physician capacity, performance metrics, and renewal pipeline health.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, oversee physician credentialing and licensing, and manage regulatory requirements.
- Partner with Finance and Legal on administrative, budgetary, and risk management initiatives.
