Requirements
- Prior internship or co-op experience in procurement, supply chain, operations, or a similar function.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Clear, proactive communicator comfortable keeping multiple internal stakeholders in the loop.
- Comfortable managing multiple orders and priorities at once in a fast-paced environment.
- Process-improvement mindset.
- Comfortable learning and using new technologies.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Microsoft VLC, TD Synnex, and Microsoft Excel is highly preferred.
- Preference for candidates in Eastern or Central time zone.
Responsibilities
- Process and track orders for hardware and software licenses across multiple vendor partners, from request through delivery.
- Monitor order status end-to-end, proactively flagging delays or issues before they become problems.
- Serve as the go-to point of contact for internal teams on order status, timelines, and fulfillment questions.
- Interact with vendor partners to ensure smooth, reliable fulfillment.
- Identify bottlenecks in our hardware fulfillment process and help design more efficient workflows as order volume grows.
- Support ad hoc procurement projects as our operations mature.
