Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing implementation, consulting, or strategic account management role.
- SaaS industry experience preferred.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
- High proficiency in Google Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-stakes projects with multiple stakeholders.
- BA/BS degree preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification highly preferred.
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into a narrative for customers.
- Strong consultative mindset and creative problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead the first phase of the customer lifecycle and provide expert platform configuration guidance.
- Identify expansion and up-selling opportunities during implementation to support revenue goals.
- Anticipate and solve roadblocks to keep projects on track.
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder implementations within established timelines.
- Synthesize and communicate customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
- Develop and improve the scalable deployment playbook.
- Design and deliver high-impact training webinars and on-site sessions.
- Maintain meticulous records in HubSpot and internal tools.
