Requirements
- Experience in at least one of these areas: Business Continuity, Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Audit, Findings management, or Cybersecurity management.
- Minimum of 2 years prior experience in implementation, training, or customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to establish immediate rapport with clients.
- Proven project management capabilities.
- Ability to tactfully address client challenges and concerns.
- Consultative mindset to maximize client business productivity.
- Knowledge of Ncontracts’ solutions is a plus.
- Experience managing projects via a project management system is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead client transitions from existing systems to the Ncontracts product suite.
- Analyze client needs, recommend solutions, and address potential issues as the primary product subject matter expert.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure project objectives are met.
- Advise clients on best practices and necessary system or process changes.
- Conduct training sessions via phone, web, or in person.
- Manage project status in the internal system to proactively mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with sales partners to align client expectations with product capabilities.
- Mentor new team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of implementation processes.
