Requirements
- 7–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- At least 3 years of recruiting experience in healthcare, human services, or community health environments.
- Proven experience leading high-volume recruiting teams, supporting 50-100+ hires per month.
- Experience recruiting Community Health Workers, frontline healthcare workers, or allied health professionals.
- Demonstrated ability to manage recruiters, including contract or 1099 resources.
- Experience improving or scaling recruiting infrastructure, dashboards, and operating rhythms.
- Proficiency in using data to track and manage pipeline health, performance, and sourcing metrics.
- Strong communication skills for presenting risk and tradeoffs to senior leadership.
- Experience writing, testing, and optimizing job postings on platforms like Indeed.
- Systems-minded approach to operations and a data-driven leadership style.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day recruiting execution across all hiring tracks to ensure consistent, high-quality processes.
- Own recruiting performance reporting, including time-to-fill, funnel health, and sourcing effectiveness.
- Build sustainable pipelines for high-priority roles, specifically Community Health Workers and frontline healthcare positions.
- Partner with executives and hiring managers to clarify role requirements and improve candidate outreach.
- Manage and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, including oversight of contract or 1099 recruiting resources.
- Establish clear cross-functional handoffs between Talent Acquisition, HR, Finance, and IT to streamline onboarding.
