Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in data and document migration.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the life sciences industry.
- Advanced experience in Veeva Vault RIM.
- Advanced experience with data and document migration tools.
- Advanced experience with SQL, XML, and scripting languages.
- Experience with both cloud-based and on-premise solutions.
- Strong understanding of life sciences regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience with validation processes and GxP-validated systems and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Partner with project managers and stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and timelines.
- Lead and manage a global team of technical consultants, including onshore and offshore resources.
- Provide technical guidance on architecture, design decisions, code reviews, and project execution standards.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, challenges, and potential project roadblocks.
- Ensure team adherence to quality assurance practices and define test strategies.
- Support business development by providing technical expertise during pre-sales and proposal phases.
- Facilitate clear communication between the technical project team and stakeholders.
