Requirements
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
- Significant experience with healthcare claims and/or clinical data.
- Familiarity with value-based care concepts.
- Direct experience in customer- or partner-facing roles, including scoping and presenting.
- Comfortable using AI tooling for analytical workflows.
- For Lead-level: Proven experience leading analytical work, managing multiple stakeholders, and mentoring junior analysts.
- Experience with dbt-based analytics engine development.
- Dashboarding experience with tools like Amazon QuickSight.
- Quantitative or ML fluency for model development and partnership with Data Science teams.
- Familiarity with medical economics, risk algorithms, or quality data.
- Knowledge of Python, AWS ecosystem, Jira, and Confluence is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Translate ambiguous business and clinical questions into buildable data plans and underlying data models.
- Develop and maintain analytical pipelines and reusable data assets using SQL, dbt, and cloud data platforms.
- Manage delivery calendars and project portfolios, surfacing risks and tradeoffs to internal and external stakeholders.
- Create client-facing materials including status decks, decision memos, and technical explainers.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Customer Management on strategy and product direction.
- Mentor and develop junior analysts to build organizational capacity.
- Apply AI tools as a standard part of workflows for analysis, QA, and documentation.
