Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, physical or biological sciences, chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in clinical research/CRO RFI management, proposal support, content management, or library management.
- Excellent written communication skills with ability to produce concise, logical, and persuasive business content.
- Strong attention to detail regarding formatting, structure, tone, and quantitative information.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to create polished graphs, charts, and presentations using Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated ability to manage tight submission deadlines and prioritize multiple requests.
- Experience supporting bid defense presentations by synthesizing input from SMEs and functional leaders.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to coordinate information across internal stakeholders.
- Proactive, customer-focused approach in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify, adapt, and leverage relevant content from the RFI content database for proposal submissions.
- Collaborate with Business Development and functional leaders to tailor responses based on specific client requirements.
- Write and edit RFI submissions ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance with customer requirements.
- Maintain and enhance the RFI content database by organizing graphics, slides, and reusable materials.
- Review project experience information to ensure all details remain complete and accurate.
- Provide backend support for CRM and RFI management systems including workflows, user accounts, and permissions.
- Create professional PowerPoint slides summarizing therapeutic experience, team profiles, and charts.
