Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in B2B technology, software, or industrial solutions.
- Proven experience managing $30M–$50M+ revenue portfolios across large geographic territories.
- Deep experience in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction & Operations (AECO) market.
- Demonstrated success leading direct field sales teams and partner networks.
- Strong financial acumen and operational discipline in sales forecasting and territory planning.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the Americas.
- Experience selling into public sector technology markets is preferred.
- Experience scaling distributor or reseller ecosystems is preferred.
- Existing relationships across the AECO industry are highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Americas go-to-market strategy for AECO and Public Safety Analytics markets.
- Own and deliver a $50M annual regional sales target across direct and indirect channels.
- Lead sales managers and frontline account teams through pipeline and territory planning.
- Maintain a hands-on leadership approach through customer meetings, negotiations, and field visits.
- Build and expand an ecosystem of distributors, resellers, and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Finance to align commercial strategy and improve forecasting accuracy.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance sales productivity and decision-making.
