Requirements
- 8+ years of sales experience within the federal ecosystem at the end-user or partner level.
- 5+ years of experience in the federal partner/channel space with knowledge of partner business models.
- 5+ years of networking sales experience including switching, routing, wireless LAN, firewalls, and SASE.
- 5+ years of experience developing new business and expanding existing accounts with C-suite stakeholders.
- Proven experience presenting to senior executives.
- University or bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced degree or MBA advantageous.
- Strong understanding of federal procurement processes and Federal Acquisition Regulations.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Advanced account management and financial skills for strategic planning and forecasting.
- Strong negotiation, conflict-management, and stakeholder-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to major federal partners to align on business priorities and long-term growth.
- Build and execute joint business plans to drive revenue, profitability, and pipeline development.
- Develop and manage executive-level relationships across national partners, including VARs, distributors, and SIs.
- Create scalable strategies for selling with, to, and through partners.
- Coordinate sales cadences, forecasting, and executive briefings with internal specialists and partners.
- Lead account mapping to identify opportunities and increase pipeline conversion.
- Monitor partner activity and ensure compliance with federal procurement standards and business conduct requirements.
