Job Details

12+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem development in the software industry.
4+ years of direct experience with app marketplaces, developer ecosystems, or platform partnerships.
Proven track record of closing partnerships and successful technical integration.
Demonstrated commercial ownership of GMV, revenue, or pipeline targets.
Strong understanding of marketplace economic models like revenue share and referral fees.
Technical fluency to discuss APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and integration requirements.
Strong analytical capabilities for evaluating marketplace data and partner performance.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and executive presentation skills.
Experience in B2B SaaS ecosystems (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, e-commerce) is highly desirable.
Experience managing multi-currency and international tax considerations is preferred.
Background in building ecosystems from early stages is a strong advantage.

Build and own a high-quality pipeline of potential marketplace partners.
Manage the complete partnership lifecycle from prospecting through technical launch and growth.
Negotiate commercial agreements including revenue sharing, payouts, and exclusivity.
Define the marketplace ecosystem strategy by identifying priority categories and unmet customer needs.
Own marketplace GMV and revenue targets including forecasting and performance reporting.
Collaborate with GTM and Marketing teams on partner launch strategies and co-marketing.
Advocate for product, API, or infrastructure improvements based on partner feedback.
Mentor team members and contribute to scaling the partner-management organization.
