Job Details

4+ years of experience in partnerships, including ownership of technology, platform, or product ecosystem partnerships.
Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment.
Proven ability to build or improve a technology partner ecosystem and justify investment decisions.
Experience managing end-to-end strategic partnerships from opportunity identification to execution.
Experience building creative go-to-market strategies that extend beyond standard marketing events.
Technical credibility to understand APIs, SDKs, and technical documentation for cross-functional collaboration.
Commercially minded with a focus on customer value, adoption, and revenue.
Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives independently.
Experience in developer tools, mobile, payments, analytics, or SaaS ecosystems is a plus.
Comfortable working in a fully remote, asynchronous environment using tools like Notion, Slack, and Zoom.

Set the strategy for RevenueCat’s technology partner ecosystem by prioritizing investments based on customer demand and commercial opportunity.
Turn important integrations into meaningful partnerships by owning and executing plans for customer adoption, co-selling, and distribution.
Identify and build new strategic partnerships, taking them from business case to launch.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to prioritize new integrations and provide feedback on technical partner needs.
Create a scalable model for managing inbound integration requests and supporting lower-touch partners.
Measure and report on ecosystem impact and performance metrics to guide future investment decisions.
