Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with contract lifecycle management, e-signature, or related business systems.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and keep stakeholders informed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, particularly SharePoint, Teams, and Excel.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
- Ironclad certification (Admin, Advanced Admin, or Workflow Designer) or equivalent CLM credential preferred.
- Experience with scripting or low-code automation tools like Python, JavaScript, SQL, Power Automate, or Zapier preferred.
- Comfort with APIs, JSON, and logical modeling preferred.
- Legal background such as a JD, LLB, or paralegal certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop, build, test, and improve contract workflows in Ironclad, including intake forms, approval processes, document generation, e-signature workflows, and post-signature tracking.
- Maintain and improve contract templates, clause libraries, data structures, and reporting to support consistent, accurate, and scalable contract management.
- Monitor platform performance, solve issues, manage releases, and use data and insights to find opportunities to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Partner with Legal, Procurement, Privacy, Security, Finance, and other teams to translate contracting requirements into practical, automated solutions.
- Support the management of commercial agreement processes, helping build self-service workflows, streamline approvals, and improve the overall contracting experience.
- Contribute to contract data quality initiatives, including data migration, remediation, reporting, and process optimisation efforts.
