Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business management, or a relevant field.
- Demonstrated expertise with financial and accounting functions.
- Sage Intacct and Sage CRE Certification required.
- 3+ years consulting experience preferred.
- 3+ years Sage Intacct experience preferred.
- 2+ years of experience working with construction management applications.
- Effective communication skills with a focus on client service.
- Superior time management and multitasking skills.
- Ability to build lasting professional relationships with clients.
- Capability to advocate for clients, team members, and the product.
- Ability to work effectively, independently, and collaboratively.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple simultaneous construction software implementation projects.
- Conduct requirements definition discussions and design appropriate technical solutions.
- Configure software and perform unit and integration testing.
- Conduct training for client end-users at all levels.
- Analyze, interpret, and document client business requirements into configurable solutions.
- Perform gap analysis between system functionality and client requirements.
- Monitor and respond to client technical support issues.
- Build industry-specific key performance indicators, reports, and dashboards.
- Identify and monitor project risks through escalation channels.
