Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading financial statement audits, including SOX testing, internal controls documentation, and audit methodology/workpapers review.
- 4+ years in technology consulting, customer onboarding, implementation, or similar (preferred at top management consulting firm or high-growth startup).
- Proven experience helping complex organizations succeed as a trusted advisor.
- Strong project management proficiency to prioritize and manage multiple customers and requests.
- Ability to professionally problem-solve while juggling several customers with little direct oversight.
- Executive presence and demonstrated history of influencing change.
- Effective communication skills with customers and across internal teams.
- Bias towards action with the ability to own projects end-to-end.
- Team-oriented mindset with a mission-first approach.
Responsibilities
- Maintain regular engagement cadences with customers from sales handoff to value realization.
- Create and execute implementation plans tailored to customer goals.
- Cultivate customer champions and provide product training.
- Advocate for customer needs to Engineering, Product, and Design teams.
- Proactively identify and mitigate success risks through action plans.
- Measure and document customer value realization and success metrics.
