- 2+ years of experience leading financial statement audits, including SOX testing, internal controls documentation, and audit methodology/workpapers review; OR 3+ years in technology consulting, customer onboarding, or implementation.
- Proven experience in top management consulting or high-growth startup environments.
- Strong consulting skills and ability to act as a trusted advisor.
- Proficiency in project management with the ability to handle multiple customers and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong executive presence and influence skills.
- Demonstrated history of effective communication with customers and cross-functional internal teams.
- Bias towards action and ability to take ownership of projects end-to-end with minimal oversight.
- Mission-first mindset and ability to work in a collaborative, high-trust team environment.
Responsibilities
- Build trust with customers through regular engagement from sales handoff to value realization.
- Create and execute adoption plans outlining customer goals and activities.
- Cultivate customer champions and provide Fieldguide platform knowledge.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams including Engineering, Product, Design, and Sales to shape the product roadmap.
- Proactively identify success risks and develop mitigation action plans.
- Document customer value, case studies, and success metrics.
