Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related field.
- Hands-on Salesforce experience, including reporting, dashboards, workflow design, and data quality management.
- Proven track record of managing complex backlogs and prioritizing competing stakeholder needs.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with technical or product teams to deliver systems improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to drive tool adoption through documentation, training, and change management.
- Strong data analytics capability to analyze usage trends and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level narrative building.
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguity with a bias toward action.
- Salesforce Admin certification (highly preferred).
- Experience with sales engagement or conversation intelligence tools like Outreach, Gong, Clari, or ZoomInfo (nice to have).
- Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, or Looker (nice to have).
- Experience operationalizing AI/automation in a sales environment (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Develop deep understanding of end-to-end sales motions and workflows through direct shadowing and data analysis.
- Proactively identify and address process inefficiencies and tool friction points.
- Serve as the primary business steward for Salesforce, owning change backlogs and enhancement roadmaps.
- Aggregate and prioritize system requests from sales leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Evaluate and implement sales tech stack tools and integrate AI/automation to improve rep productivity.
- Design and execute testing protocols to validate system changes before broader rollout.
- Drive user adoption through documentation, training, and structured change management initiatives.
- Create and maintain executive-level dashboards and reports to communicate progress and system health.
