Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in technology, professional services, or consulting.
- Strong understanding of technical and IT roles, including software development, engineering, and data science.
- Proficiency with sourcing tools, social media platforms, and job boards (e.g., Lever, Get On Board).
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Utilize diverse sourcing methods to identify and engage global candidates for technical positions.
- Develop and maintain robust candidate pipelines for current and future business needs.
- Partner with hiring managers and the talent team to define role requirements and recruitment strategies.
- Manage candidate relationships, ensuring clear, transparent communication throughout the process.
- Provide market insights and recruitment strategy recommendations to stakeholders.
- Update and track candidate progress using the company's ATS.
