Requirements
- Preferred: Personal exit or sale experience, previous business consulting/coaching, or related exit strategy/M&A experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and Zoom.
- Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role or a strong aptitude for client interaction.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong phone skills.
- Enthusiasm for entrepreneurship and business.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, driven, and competitive.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Must be located in Northwest Arkansas.
Responsibilities
- Meet with potential Exit Factor members to convert them into clients.
- Conduct 1:1 consulting sessions with clients following the proprietary Exit Factor system.
- Provide additional resources from the online curriculum to enhance client sessions.
- Participate in initial training and certification.
- Engage in continuing education programs to stay current with exit strategy trends.
