Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Five years of professional experience in business intelligence, data analysis, operations, or project management.
- Experience developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, or data tools.
- Experience analyzing data, identifying trends, and translating findings into actionable insights.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using CRM, database, or reporting systems.
- Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Power BI, and Asana is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve internal knowledge management resources, tools, and templates.
- Develop and enhance dashboards and reports to track impact, demand, and operational performance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen data quality in Salesforce, Resource Hero, and Power BI.
- Analyze practice and capacity data to support resource allocation and strategic planning.
- Manage select consulting projects, including workplans, budgets, and deliverables.
