Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Management Consulting.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively translate complex ideas for internal and external stakeholders.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a strong bias for action.
- Must be a self-motivated go-getter with a strong work ethic and adaptability.
Responsibilities
- Foster and nurture deep, trusted relationships with existing partners as their primary point of contact.
- Drive strategic growth by developing and executing structured business plans or quarterly OKRs.
- Optimize performance by analyzing data to uncover trends and identify key opportunities to improve business KPIs.
- Generate new growth opportunities through proactive negotiation and structuring of mutually beneficial deals.
- Deliver actionable insights to both internal teams and partners to empower informed decision-making.
- Resolve operational and executional challenges quickly through swift and decisive action.
