Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Management Consulting.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a strong bias for action.
- Professional, go-getter attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to adapt quickly and contribute to a high-growth startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Foster and nurture deep, trusted relationships with existing partners as their primary point of contact.
- Develop and execute structured business plans and quarterly OKRs aligned with partner goals.
- Analyze data to uncover trends and identify opportunities to improve business KPIs.
- Lead the negotiation and structuring of new growth opportunities with partners.
- Perform analysis and provide actionable updates to internal teams and external partners.
- Triage and resolve operational and executional challenges across internal and partner teams.
