Requirements
- 6+ years experience designing, building, and operating production AI workflows using LLM APIs, tool calling, retrieval, and structured outputs.
- Proven experience in agent-system architecture including context management, failure handling, and human escalation.
- Technical judgment to select between deterministic code, retrieval, or agentic approaches.
- Experience building evaluation frameworks for output quality, including prompt evaluation and regression testing.
- Strong ability to translate complex stakeholder needs into clear technical requirements.
- Experience with user-centered delivery and prototyping.
- Strong technical communication skills for both engineering and non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred: Knowledge of B2B SaaS GTM workflows (personas, buying stages, competitive narratives).
- Preferred: Familiarity with Salesforce, Seismic, Gong, Notion, Snowflake, Slack, or iPaaS tools.
Responsibilities
- Discover and define workflows by working directly with sellers, PMMs, and campaign managers.
- Define the agent runtime and application architecture, including state management, retrieval, and permission-aware tool use.
- Design trusted knowledge flows and provenance capture for account, product, and competitive intelligence.
- Build routing and specialist agent systems for sales asset generation, campaign briefs, and competitive responses.
- Integrate AI layers with platforms including Salesforce, Seismic, Gong, Notion, Snowflake, and Slack.
- Implement evaluation frameworks, regression pipelines, and reliability guardrails for production outputs.
- Operate and evolve the system, monitoring performance, latency, cost, and usage metrics.
