Requirements
- 6+ years of experience designing, building, and operating production AI systems.
- Proficiency with LLM APIs, tool calling, retrieval, structured outputs, and agent workflows.
- Demonstrated experience shipping AI-enabled software with documented evaluation and improvement.
- Strong knowledge of agent-system architecture, failure handling, and human escalation.
- Experience with AI development tools such as Claude, Codex, Cursor, Dust, LangChain, or LangGraph.
- Ability to balance deterministic code, workflows, and AI agent logic appropriately.
- Experience creating evaluation frameworks for prompt testing and output scoring.
- Strong product instincts for gathering user feedback and translating it into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred: Familiarity with B2B SaaS sales/marketing workflows and platforms like Salesforce, Seismic, or Gong.
Responsibilities
- Discover and map Sales and Marketing workflows to identify inefficiencies and AI opportunities.
- Define agent runtime and application architecture covering state, tools, permissions, and retrieval.
- Design knowledge flows managing account, product, and campaign intelligence.
- Build routing systems for sales asset generation and active deal workflows.
- Integrate AI capabilities with platforms like Salesforce, Seismic, Gong, Notion, Snowflake, and Slack.
- Establish security guardrails, including permission-aware retrieval and audit trails.
- Develop evaluation frameworks and regression testing to ensure output quality.
- Own systems throughout their lifecycle, from prototype to production deployment and optimization.
