Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, field marketing, campaign marketing, or event marketing.
- 3+ years of experience supporting B2B events, customer events, field events, executive events, or event-led marketing campaigns.
- Experience building integrated marketing campaigns across email, web, digital, social, paid, sales activation, field marketing, or partner channels.
- Strong understanding of the B2B marketing funnel, including audience segmentation, lead capture, conversion, attribution, pipeline influence, and ROI measurement.
- Experience using marketing and reporting tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, or similar platforms.
- Strong Excel skills, including the ability to manipulate data, identify trends, compare performance, and build reporting views.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write clear, compelling marketing copy.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with teams like Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand, and Sales.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure performance, test new approaches, and optimize based on data.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and dependencies in a fast-paced environment.
- Builder mindset with the ability to create playbooks, templates, and repeatable campaign processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead audience acquisition and engagement strategy for priority flagship customer events, including SIGNAL, SIGNAL World Tour, and Exec Connect.
- Build integrated event marketing plans across email, web, paid, social, sales activation, field marketing, partner channels, and internal advocacy.
- Own event campaign calendars, messaging plans, audience segmentation, channel mix, and optimization plans.
- Develop clear, compelling, and on-brand event marketing copy across email journeys, web pages, registration flows, and sales enablement.
- Partner with Marketing Operations to execute campaigns in Marketo and monitor registration pacing and attribution.
- Use Salesforce, Tableau, and Excel to analyze campaign performance, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
- Build dashboards and reports to provide visibility into event marketing performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Test and optimize messaging, subject lines, channel performance, and conversion paths to improve registration and attendance.
- Partner with regional teams to localize global campaign strategies for SIGNAL World Tour.
- Build scalable event marketing playbooks, templates, and campaign frameworks for reusable programs.
