Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience in HR transformation, people analytics, or related operational roles.
- Proven experience optimizing operational processes within high-growth technology or consulting environments.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Glean, Claude Cowork, Claude Code, and Gemini.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Deep understanding of core People metrics including headcount, attrition, time-to-fill, and engagement.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into narratives for non-technical audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and rigorous approach to data accuracy and quality.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage priorities across multiple stakeholders.
- Sound judgment regarding data privacy and confidentiality for sensitive employee information.
- Collaborative and hands-on approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Identify where AI can meaningfully improve how the People team works and roll out solutions at scale.
- Audit core People processes like onboarding, performance management, and compensation cycles to improve simplicity and consistency.
- Help drive company-wide AI strategy and train team members on effective AI tool usage.
- Maintain data integrity across HRIS and own reporting for headcount, attrition, and engagement metrics.
- Build dashboards and leadership-ready reports to support workforce planning and self-service insights.
- Design and administer employee surveys while conducting ad hoc analyses on organizational structure and talent decisions.
- Ensure People data practices comply with privacy regulations and internal data governance standards.
