Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience working with AI tools.
- Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js.
- Advanced SQL knowledge.
- Working knowledge of Jira, Angular, Snowflake, and AWS.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and systematic troubleshooting abilities.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems like Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk.
- Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data validation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage client interactions with professionalism, ensuring accurate and responsive communication.
- Own assigned support tickets from acknowledgement through resolution and closure.
- Conduct initial investigation of data quality, identifying anomalies and missing credentials.
- Document support interactions and contribute to internal knowledge bases and troubleshooting guides.
- Develop and train AI agents to automate end-to-end TechOps workflows.
- Build operational dashboards and monitoring systems to drive pipeline efficiency.
